Sponsorship

Family Sponsorship

You can benefit from the Canadian Family Sponsorship program which will help reunite you and your family in Canada. By doing so, Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada can offer the support and stability needed to help their close family members settle in Canada. This commitment is demonstrated through the various initiatives and programs that have been introduced to facilitate family reunification.

Additionally, the government also allows certain extended family members, such as cousins, nieces, and nephews, to be sponsored in specific circumstances. Moreover, they must have sufficient financial resources to ensure the adequate financial support of their family.

Sponsor Your Spouse Or Conjugal Partner To Canada

Through the Canadian Spouse Sponsorship Program, the Canadian government makes it possible for citizens and permanent residents to reunite with their partners and make Canada their permanent home. To further emphasize this, the government offers preferential treatment to applicants of spousal sponsorship applications.

Once all the required documents have been submitted, the processing time for the application can vary, depending on how quickly the sponsor is able to review and approve it. In the best-case scenario, a spousal sponsorship application could be processed in six months. This timeline can vary and depend on a number of factors, such as the complexity of the case. It can also depend on how quickly the applicant responds to requests for additional documents. It is important to note that the availability of spots is limited and the processing time can vary depending on the case. Consequently, it is wise to plan ahead and submit the application as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Parent & Grandparents Sponsership

As soon as grandparents and parents receive permanent residency, they will be able to access free public healthcare, social services, as well as other benefits. Therefore, they can explore the various job opportunities available in Canada without worrying about any visa limitations. And they will be able to take advantage of Canada's high quality of life and educational system. With this, they enjoy the rights and freedoms granted to all Canadian citizens, while still having the ability to travel and work abroad.

Under the current multi-year immigration plan of Canadian Government, annually 21,000 (Number may change every year) new permanent residents are admissible as permanent residents in Canada under the Parents & Grandparents Program. This program is designed to help reunite families in Canada by granting permanent residency to the parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents. It is a vital part of Canada's immigration policy.

This ensures that each application is given fair and equal consideration, regardless of when it is submitted.

Refugee Sponsorship

Through PSR (Private Sponsorship of Refugees), Canada provides opportunities for private groups to open their arms to those in need of a safe and welcoming home. The private sponsor must also provide the necessary financial and social support which is approximately one year. This pledge of support is a tangible demonstration of commitment from the private sponsor to ensure the refugee is taken care of during their time in Canada.

These include financial assistance, housing and other related needs. They are as follows:

♦ Medical and educational support to help refugees get back on their feet and live a comfortable life.
♦ Job training and placement assistance to help refugees find employment and become independent.
♦ Providing legal advice and assistance to help refugees navigate the complexities of their situation.
